I made the mistake of taking a frame out of a bee hive and leaving it in the dark, away from the sun, without freezing it for a few days. Here is a wax moth, crawling between the cells eating impurities (honey, pollen, bee debris and frass) as she goes through the wax. This is the first one that I’ve seen close up and in action.
